Absa ChatWallet
ChatWallet aims to provide the under-banked or unbanked with a way to safely store money and bank where they chat.
My role
I was the Lead UX Writer on the project responsible for the content design user flows, user testing, and copy.
Main goal
To change customer behaviour without frustrating the user while providing a first-of-its-kind banking product.
Nedbank Bigger Picture Business Banking
An award-winning campaign, in partnership with News24, to show the bigger picture behind breaking news stories and their impact across several industries.
My role
Main goal
I was the senior copywriter who helped conceptualise the campaign, then create banner and social copy on the spot as news stories broke.
To give Business Banking clients the news behind the news to make sure they're always in the know about the latest industry developments.
Cell C Byond
A month-to-month airtime, data, and SMS subscription service that is the bridge between prepaid and contract.
My role
As the Lead UX Writer, I was responsible for everything from the information architecture to microcopy.
Main goal
To give customers an alternative option to only prepaid or contract cellphone billing, and to help reduce costs.
Absa Abby
Abby is the virtual banking assistant (chatbot) on the Absa Banking App. It reached 1 million engaged users in 6 months.
My role
Main goal
I am Abby, Abby is me. I wrote all new responses for Abby. I also helped with design thinking and user testing.
To give customers a seamless navigational experience on the Absa Banking App.
